The $50 marketing credit will be awarded to Users who complete the designated Course Pack(s) with PropStream between January 13, 2026, to February 28, 2026, midnight PST.

Marketing credits will only be issued to Users who, in good faith, complete the course from start to finish, have an active PropStream account, and are in good standing.

Each week, PropStream will identify users who completed the course packs the previous week, and the credit will be applied to each qualifying account within 2–3 business days after verification.

If a selected winner does not yet have an active PropStream account, they will have 6 months from the date of notification to activate one. Failure to activate within the allotted time will result in forfeiture of the credit. No exceptions will be made.

Once applied, the $50 marketing credit remains valid until fully used or until the account is canceled or closed, whichever occurs first. The credit has no cash value. Unused credit will expire if the account is canceled or closed and will not be refunded. Credits may only be used for additional PropStream purchases, including skip tracing, postcards, emails, assessor maps, and document images. Credits cannot be applied to monthly subscription fees.

Existing customers who have canceled must reactivate before the offer expiration, or the offer becomes void. This promotion may not be combined with any other offer. Void where prohibited.
